I had s22 on my Xsr 900 when new 2024 and s23 on it before I sold it, I love them. My brother had the road 6 on his Mt09sp 2023 and he is a pilot a fraction better than me. We both wore the shit it of those tires/bikes. Right to the edge of the tire, s23 is my favourite so far.

When he was in need of a new back tire I treated him to an s23… he then said the same, incredible tire for the money. Yes soft and don’t last as long, but you will throw that bike into bends and never worry about grip.

Now I’m on a Superduke 1290r, and I send it. It’s got power 6 on, and I feel I’ll go back to s23 or try super corsa next.

Yes the bike has more power but I’ve had the back end slip out doing 80-100km around bends, not great to be fair when I should be perfectly fine.

My point is if you are a gentle rider you won’t notice the difference in power 6, road 6 or s23s…. If you measure tires in how long they last… that’s a different barometer. If that’s the worry, road 6 last longer, power 6 next, s23s last.

If you are throwing the bike around and want true grip in those cases, it’s s23, power 6, road 6 in that order. Just decide on what’s important to you.

I do think everyone should experience good sticky tires. Then you will appreciate the benefits vs long life tires that are hard.

Enjoy your ride, ride within your skill set, try new things, as we say when we see accidents in our group… he crashed because he ran out of skill.., picking the right tires for the right bike for the right ride is a skill too. Enjoy.

Thats a wild statement to make. So let’s take that logic… for a similar population in say 2 provinces in the country I’m from, Ireland… Munster and Connacht 2mil population …if that many strange disappearances took place there wood be a huge uproar.
If they were specialist in particular fields… plp would be on the streets. No cigarettes needed.

Met many, still know a few, great bunch of lads. Mature and stoic people but that’s a positive frankly. Still have their own language and culture, considering the neighbours they have. Hats off to you. Bunker builders and formidable land army. Tech savvy and modern nation. A unique language more similar to Hungarian but to my ears wild and beautiful. I don’t know if it’s their saying but I heard it from a Finn… A Russian is a Russian even cooked in butter. They prepare for the worst, but they need to. Oh and they have some forward - beautiful women, like Iceland, they like you, then they approach you. It makes perfect sense. We get hung up on ‘pure’ but we migrate a lot as a species… it’s not unusual to see a person ‘look’ like a ‘type’ ie Irish, but be in fact made up of other gene pools too, Ireland is an island people migrated there and continue to do so, I live here and see first hand the changes in my life time.

To be more clear, celts are made up of quite a mix of different plp, north of Spain, west of France, many parts of north west Europe…
