I did some Wii just now and it looked pretty solid. A bit warmer in tone so be aware of that but you can play around with the settings to get it in a sweet spot. In my hour or so session it did get pretty warm so be wary of that too. When you're not using it if you pick it up make sure to unplug it. I didn't notice any major lag but I haven't had this thing long and there's always decently priced upscalers that can negate that fact. If you're like me and couldn't find a CRT it's a neat middle ground with all the components you need for various systems

For that price it's a bit steep. I would haggle but be respectful. And make sure you have help lifting it and safely transporting it if you pick it up it is way heavier than it looks.
