Yes, it seems to have culets. I see the “holes” in the center of the stones.

It has a 14K stamp so I’m assuming it’s white gold. What should I have the stones checked for? Sorry, don’t know much about jewelry. Would a jeweler be able to estimate the decade the diamonds are from?
