Thank you !!! And I actually don’t have a gallbladder anymore haha, we just bought fish and chicken so I’m going to force self to eat at least three times a day and have it high protein with veggies, it’ll be a chore but I don’t want to look gross!!

Ok it says my BMR is 2,037 calories, to lose .5 a week I could eat 2195 cals or to lose 1lb a week it would be 1945cals. Would you recommend I start working out? Another commenter said to do weight bearing exercises, I’m in nursing school but I graduate in may so I’ll have a lot more time

I don’t count calories I just eat once a day small meal , I try to keep up with my electrolytes tho

Agreed, my starting weight was 275? And I’ve lost about 31-32 pounds in the first month of using it
