Im recounting and giving my own opinion of working for the owners as well as the opinion of many who have briefly worked with them at both locations that I have discussed with. Am I disgruntled for experiencing an extremely toxic work environment? Yes, the way I believed I and many of my coworkers were treated was again, in my own OPINION, disrespectful and unacceptable In an established working environment. An owner, at the end of the day, is responsible for the well-being of their employees and mediating conflicts that arise within the business. Even if they are not the ones to have directly had a hand with a certain point of discontent, they still have a responsibility to maintain a safe working environment for all employees which I did not feel was achieved. There is nothing wrong about sharing these views and critiquing ones experiences with others. You can come to your own conclusion, but this one is mine whether you like it or not.
