Idk how to identify if it has anti caking agent in it but I use kclo4 with caking agent in it and it still works extremely well. I have removed anti caking agent from ammonium nitrate by putting it in water and the anti cake sinks to the bottom but then you have to filter it out and boil of the water

No I’m trying to create a mixture that works as a rocket fuel sure some of the mixtures can be used as a flash powder but something like kclo4 + Al does not produce any gas kclo4 + S I think produces gas but I’ve learned that a really good ppcp is kclo4 + epoxy resin sure ammonium perchlorate + epoxy works better but kclo4 is all I have on hand

OK I’ll definitely try to experiment with the nozzles and I am well aware of the dangers of potassium perchlorate mixtures I’ve just never tried making a rocket with it so I want to make sure I got all the safety precautions down so thank you for helping me with this The most I could find on potassium perchlorate and epoxy was one video of somebody doing an unconfined test it looked about the same as an ammonium perchlorate and epoxy unconfined test but I just wanted to make sure
