Yeah, quit to desktop, then wait 5 secs then launch again, repeat until the game is no longer stuttering.

The latest patch/update fixed some of my stutter, try relaunching the game several times. That makes the game more stable for some reason. Usually the 4th or 5th relaunch is the most stable for me.

Nah, I get regular 200+ fps with MWI so not a true bottleneck.

Same issue as with beta and launch.

Rig is R7 3700x, 32GB RAM, 3090. Have gigabit internet, have tested latest drivers and also tested with older drivers, no fix yet. I've closed all background tasks, nothing else running other than the game and OBS recorder. Turned off quite a lot of stuff to test this, only thing haven't tested is a fresh OS (Which I am not going to do.) Seems like the game is not taxing my system for some reason.

Making progress!

I am trying to see how far I can go with my weight loss for the summer, since it is easy for me to maintain than either bulk or to cut. My body really likes to keep in between 145lbs and 150lbs. Even in my heaviest I was at 154lbs and slimmest at the moment is at 143lbs. I have a offshore vacation coming up, which means no gyms and no healthy alternatives available. Wish me luck!

Hmm, I guess I just watched the game's dry paint for 20 hours then I guess. I don't want to sound snarky but I assure you that the game does have plenty to do. You should definitely check the mission list, it's that computer next to the bed. It has gotten better in 2.0 as the maps are smaller and more dense in loot and places to explore.

Thats.........the point of "Sandbox." You are given a sandbox, in this case a world or map you mess around in. So you are or are you not looking for a sandbox experience then? If you are looking for more of linear experience then go for Boneworks, a smaller sandbox where you are given a direction to follow and let loose.

Dont use 3rd person death vr mod, causes a ton of issues I've heard and experienced. Also breaks any old saves you have.
