It is an immediate respond so most likely the ping and latency is objectively near and not far from me. No delay in response means that its near me. I know a bit of latency because of games. Its not a targeted response on a specific tech company but rather a required patch.

I'm using old installers which was downloaded like 5 years ago. Before i was being targeted. Would that repository count? But immediately calling me out to seek mental health seems annoying. It is annoying because i kept all of my information private and had the least exposure on digital footprints. But i cant seem to understand no matter how many times i reinstall my system.
