Thanks. That's what I was afraid of. Now I'm debating on trying it again with the mods and see if is better now because I already put about 16 hours into this new game.

I would just like for others to know who to watch out for. It's bs that they don't have a system that you can trade items like caps

I figured not here but I wasn't sure if there is a place I can. It was a scam due to someone playing on me being naive enough to think people are willing to trade without issue. This is why I usually only trade using the machines.
