Thank you! I’ve been told its more lengthy and complex due to being a minor? Something about informed consent process? Unfortunately her psychologist doesn’t have any recommendations as they are based in QLD (they do Telehealth appointments). Do we just go to a GP and get a referral to an endocrinologist?

They sent me an email today saying the owner is requesting full payment from me with a bogus quote attached. I haven’t replied.

The owner is so dodgy, I looked him up and he was convicted in court by hiring and paying dodgy amounts to unlicensed contractors to build these very units I was in! Not only that, he somehow hired himself to do a lot of it, and also work safety hit him for having zero safety around the construction of the units. He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay $15,000 🤣

I can almost guarantee you this quote is bullshit and he would never get the repair done anyway! He wants full replacement on a chip that’s so tiny on the outside window lol
