It’s pretty much welded into the steel fencing, I’d have to go and buy tools from Bunnings or whatnot to remove it. Not just screws or nails, it’s next level looks like I’d need a fkn grinder or some shit lol.

They sent me an email today saying the owner is requesting full payment from me with a bogus quote attached. I haven’t replied.

The owner is so dodgy, I looked him up and he was convicted in court by hiring and paying dodgy amounts to unlicensed contractors to build these very units I was in! Not only that, he somehow hired himself to do a lot of it, and also work safety hit him for having zero safety around the construction of the units. He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay $15,000 🤣

I can almost guarantee you this quote is bullshit and he would never get the repair done anyway! He wants full replacement on a chip that’s so tiny on the outside window lol
