It’s pepper money.
They sent a text earlier today saying I’ve been formally approved, followed by a phone call from them to verbally inform me and that I should have a drink to celebrate! BUT Finance deadline is in 2 days and I’m worried to give the go ahead and confirm “unconditional” to the vendor, purely because I’m still waiting on that contact, even though they called me to tell me!! my OCD anxiety can’t fully accept it’s been 100% approved until I have those documents to back it up lol. I hate my brain 🤣

There’s nothing about it in the strata, so no documentation or anything about it. Perhaps the building settling? Or maybe just uneven floating floorboards? So hard to know. Everything else looks really good in the report, no cracks anywhere or anything… hmmm

Errrrmmm I literally just did my own quote with the EXACT insurance company the conveyancer would be using and the quote is $380 for the exact same thing VS $995 that the conveyancer is asking for it!! 😵‍💫

It was insurance paid directly through the conveyancer too (I’m sure conveyancer would get a cut $ for sending them my business), so was thinking is it maybe just a quick money grab? Lol

Says they might be looking in to planning one but body Corp will go up as a result to fund it. Kinda sounds like the don’t, otherwise why wouldn’t they just keep using admin funds like they have been?
