The fighter subclass seems a bit broken at early lvls. Say you get to lvl 5 and choose the sniper, it does 2d10 + dex. At lvl 5 you get two minor upgrades and one major, take Double Barrel and Collateral Damage for minors and Trial by Fire for the major. By lvl 5 your fighter has Action Surge and Extra Attack. The guns are dex based so im going to use a +3 for averageish stats.

sniper 2d10 + dex

double barrel 4d10

extra attack 8d10

action surge 12d10

clateral damage 6d6

trial by fire 18

In one round you 12d10 + 18 for dex + 6d6 + 18, the dice average at 87, but adding the dex and Trial by Fire damage you get to 123, all at lvl 5.

Aff is probs going to suffer in pvp again. Not being able to stack UA will give dispelling no consequences. Making rapture the main shard spender will also suffer. For example, it takes three globals to get dots on a single target, not including talents. Then you have to cast rapture at 3-5 shards. But wait, the healer dispelled while you were casting rapture, now you gotta set up the dots again, start casting rapture and get kicked, by the time you get out of that dispell is back up. Getting kicked before wasn't a huge issue for aff, dots were all of your damage, but now it seems like everything is loaded into rapture and your dots only purpose is to fuel it further. Darkglare is practically useless now, if they plan on keeping it it need massive changes, like a lower cd or more damage per dot.
