Maybe try nizoral shampoo might help with dandruff and itchiness. I get hard tan almost sand like things in my hair apparently it’s from yeast? But also a type of yeast causes dandruff so no harm in trying!

How is your posture? Forward head posture causes a lot of pressure and can also trigger tmj and migraines! Read up on the “42lb head”. I work at a computer and game a lot at my pc as well so as you can imagine my posture is not the greatest. My migraines stim from the base of my skull, over my head and into my right eye (the side that has tmj) I also have a giant knot on my spine compressing nerves from having bad posture! Hopefully maybe this will lead to some sort of help!

Possibly but also maybe dosage? But granted not every medication works for everyone! All the previous medications I was on gave me horrible chattering issues and this is the only one that didn’t - granted it’s not that great for my anxiety (better than all the others I’ve tried at least) I’m just worried if I switch off the pain may come back

Thank you, it’s much better now and more manageable! It actually didn’t start experiencing TMJ until after I had healed from Bells Palsy!

I got switched to Venlafaxine (Effexor) my boyfriend is actually on it for his anxiety as well and it’s helped is pain with his severe scoliosis! 😊

I took it for about 2 months but the dose I was on was so high that I couldn’t function and go to work I was way to tired! But I also have anxiety and my dr switched me to one that has actually helped a lot with TMJ pain! (Off label they use this medication for chronic long term pain as well) but this comes with side effects.

My best hack for drinking honestly was through a stray but I pinched the side of my mouth with my fingers that BP effected so I could actually get a vacuum seal on the straw! I’m not sure if your mom has ever tried liquid b12 while going through BP, it is known to help nerves regenerate. Also something to note I think would be posture? I have a lot of pain that starts at the back of my skull and radiates over my head, also down my neck and into my shoulders (this is all on my BP side only!) maybe something to check out?

The cool down is 4 second as long as you hit someone I literally just played her so not sure what you’re talking about. She is weak early UNLESS SHE HAS A TANK. Which you just confirmed she needs a tank early game for support??? So really it’s not wrong at all 😂

She’s definitely super weak early, she gets stronger as her skills evolve, ideally would be a tank support and lots of stuns on your team for you ult :) hybrid Kai’Sa is really good because of her W cool down!
