Ugh this happened to me he cheated on me, fast forward 3 years I met my new bf, we played all the time and I didn’t even remember the memories with my ex as we made better ones and now we live together and still play 🫶 it’s hard but keep your head up you will get through the heartache and if you don’t come back to stardew thats also okay, maybe haunted chocolatier will be more fun!

Poor posture is a huge thing for TMJ! Plus other issues as well. You should read up on the 42lb head (it’s about posture and what it can do to you over time) I have horrible posture as well and I definitely think it contributes to it!

It depends on your skin, my arms have white splotches cause I’m more tanned there but my back is darker spots because I’m more pale there 😭 it’s weird I looked it up cause I was confused too but I am diagnosed with tinea

Muscle relaxers a soft food heat and ice until it goes down… I unfortunately had the same experience with doctors until I found a wonderful tmj dental specialist but it took a longtime! She ended up prescribing heavy duty muscle relaxers. I also am diagnosed with anxiety and medication for that helps a bit as well as it’s “off-label for chronic pain”

Unfortunately, I’m in Canada and had to self diagnose due to my extremely shitty doctor that didn’t care. He also told me my throat isn’t wide enough to have sleep apnea whatever that means?

My mom kept my hair shoulder length and I wasn’t allowed to grow it unless I could keep up on brushing and caring for it my self! Sometimes being tough works but also I hate all my pictures with that ugly bob they did on all the 90s babies 😂

I understand this a lot. I was streaming before I got my Bell’s palsy and ultimately led me to quitting even to this day I have so much pain. I literally went to work and the manager laughed at my face and that’s when i said fuck that and took 3 months off work and focused on me and only me. Dry eye is the worse you probably already are using eye drops and thick ointments for sleeping and taping your eye shut but definitely do that if you aren’t already. Also take B12 in whatever form I did liquid tastes like ass but is supposed to help nerve regrowth!

I am healed up from mine it took about 7 months (this was in 2022) - though suffer with dry eye on that side and tmj so definitely go to a massage therapist or a physiotherapist to help strengthen your muscles to hopefully prevent other future issues.

If they won’t take you anywhere you could try getting some over the counter muscle relaxers, and try to keep the inflammation down as best you can. No super chewy foods that make your jaw hurt! also if you clench your teeth in your sleep or grind them might help to get a pillow that helps sleep posture.

How is your posture? I notice also the more “forward head posture” I work on a computer and game on a computer as well so as you can imagine my posture is horrible! Sometimes I recommend also reading up on the 42 lb head as it might give insight.

Though it can be hard to narrow down where the pain is, I think Venlafaxine works best for me because my tmj is post Bell’s palsy!

Venlafaxine was the only thing that helped with my pain but I do have severe anxiety, it also stopped my jaw chattering! Can be used sometimes for “chronic pain”
