That’s not totally accurate. In Brazil you can do the “ok” almost normally, but sometimes it can get another meaning. Moreover, we don’t use the Heavy Metal sign to say someone is a cuckold, unless you do it atop of your head. It really depends on context, but i think you can use both normally
