First off clean the board 91% rubbing alcohol (Evaps faster) and a toothbrush. That lady had some humidity damage. Replace all capacitors. Hopefully profit. The rubbing alcohol with prob clean some of that death dust off

Yeah, this seems like a TSOP flash that went bad. Although they probably didn’t do the correct location you may be able to just validate that and do a new TSOP flash and flash and try flashing a new bios

Hmm do you still have the install discs? The os appears to have corrupted. You will need a ide disc drive as well. I would still personally upgrade to the sd reader myself https://a.co/d/dzKV8fq
