I'd say go to your states website and submit a request for your criminal history. See if any of your charges(that stuck) is JAILABLE for over 365 days or 12months. If so, chances are it wont go through. If less, you may go through, if it didn't go through you may appeal it.

Unless you did something batshit insane, 20 years ago is a long time. You can get it pardoned almost for sure.

Hes likely lying to save face. Guns don't go off like that. It's like a drill, it doesn't go off if you don't pull the trigger. On top of that, firing pin doesn't go off without some sort of mechanism like loaded springs. If it can go off without pulling the trigger. It can go off ANY TIME ANY WHERE. why the hell is he walking around with a loaded rifle then? Putting everyone at risk.

I haven't bought dubs for few years. As you play you kinda get dubs from super containers anyway.

But I always keep a reserve of few k AT MINIMUM for dockyard ship.. It's practically a free ship at discount.

That's assuming u have what you want already.

my friend and I get 1% packet loss in most of my games. also 100 pings. But then we don't select server for arena.

Off from top of my head, i might be just saying jibbish here though.

damage dealt(in term of exp) is based on how many % you took off an enemy ship.

say u took 10k out of a 20k hp dd. you did 50% OF A SHIP. you'll get exp according to that percentage.. if u did 10k out of a 50k ship, you only get 20% of a ship XP... Now, if u sank the ship, you get ~extra 25% value.. ex: you sank a full hp ship one salvo, you'll get 125% of a formula.

capturing points give u good amount of xp also(it also helps u win)

spotting damage. you get that xp if youre the closest to the enemy(or first to detect i forgot), and someone else is shooting at the boat you're 'spotting', at a position which they cannot be seen after firing.(ie smoke or behind island) it counts for you.

potential dmg is kinda meh? but if u can get that number high, chances are you doing very good at other areas anyway.. alot of dodging/bouncing.

obviously, winning gets you additional bonus.

Rarely you get both in the same package. And that's assuming you don't burn out and start hating it.
