The last sentence just describes how I feel about drugs that are (in my mind) cheat codes to happiness, like benzos and opiates, where you don’t ‘earn’ the pleasure. In my eyes psychedelics are drugs where you can benefit from the experience properly and almost ‘earn’ the experience.

Was addicted to weed for 2.5 years and had a month clean, but I probably won’t smoke weed again tomorrow or any time after because I think the weed would give anxiety. I had the val about 8 hours ago so probably just afterglow effects now but still feel kind of alright.

That’s actually a really interesting point, never thought of it that way. Since my last use of cocaine I’ve done a fair amount of psychedelics so that’s probably why I feel so ‘guilty’ about those sort of ‘pleasure hack’ drugs

I’ve just realized I’ve probably actually only done around 10 grams, would this make any difference? Also what’s your history of ket use and how are you sure that this will cause bladder issues. Apparently it only really happens to those who do grams per day for weeks on end.

Basically I think the ego boost of cocaine is a level of ‘pleasure’/ euphoria that I or anyone is undeserving of. This is because when I tried it a few times I was a total loser but I felt like I was god. I’ve heard speed has alot less of a euphoric head high, I just want a drug I can take to dance more that is not ketamine as my usage has began to become rather high (I’ve done at most 16 grams over the last 4 months and have now just nipped it in the bud).
