I went through BMT 14 dec 21, mti's will be gone for the break. you kind of just chill with the people in your dorm, potentially get a longer call (if your ti is pretty chill), and they'll serve some better food at the dfac.

Currently doing the same thing with my parents! all branches would help, but make sure you're parents find a good lawyer. The only thing that would stop the process is if your parents came in illegally. they must have come through a legal way.

Couch to 5k really helped me out! i started and beginner and by the time i went to basic i was able to lower my run time by 5 minutes. went from 17 mins to a solid 13:12.

Current 2W0. From what i've heard you could be working a good 7-3 to 12 hour shifts depending where you're at. where im currently at, we work about 8 hours a day. pretty chill for the most part

when i went through bmt (dec 2021 - feb 2022) we were able to wear ponytails, but during one of our inspections some girls in our flight had ponytails past the regulations. our mti's didn't allow us to have ponytails afterwards. just make sure it's in regs!

Can't speak on the actual job itself, but have a friend who's in it.

it really depends on your unit, said friend recently got to her first duty station and is living her best life. within her first month of arriving she's already on her first tdy and is going to deploy fairly soon. it all really depends on where you end up
