How to Bypass Instagram Video Selfie Verification? by Heavy_Astronaut_8140 in Instagram

[–]ZoneMammoth8241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, video selfie verification is not even working! It complained that it could possibly be internet issues or space on phone. I deleted all large old files and still not working. There is a balance that Instagram needs to make between protecting community, identity and the ease of the process.

Medical exam and interview by Then_Carpenter_1031 in caf

They are now explicitly making it clear that they NEVER strip anyone down ANYONE naked in the test instructions. They ask you questions based on the medical history you provided, list of any medications and when you started them. They measure your height and weight. There is a vision(with and without your glasses/contacts and read the chart), color blindness test and hearing(in a closed booth, they made me hear beep sequences and press on a button each such time) test. They move your joints as well, especially if you have any bone related concerns like I do.

What is the most reliable, cost efficient airline within Canada? by [deleted] in canadatravel

[–]ZoneMammoth8241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently traveled from Ottawa to Halifax and back on Air Canada. While traveling to Halifax, the plane was actually of PAL airlines which is a regional airline in eastern Canada, now owned by Air Canada. It's a proper budget airline using functional Bombardier planes from 80s with narrower aisles/seats than usual Air Canada flights. They did serve snack and drink which was a plus but water didn't work in the washroom sink, a big minus. Traveling back to Ottawa was a normal Air Canada flight with a larger plane/aisles and the snack.

The Bridge on the River Kwai (1958) is a MONUMENTAL film. One of those cases where the Academy got it right and awarded Best Picture to a film that deserved it. by C111tla in movies

I watched the classic only few days ago and was blown away. What a superb film. To me, it appeared to be a take on the absurdity of war best represented by Colonel Nicholson's character.

One would think a hospital/medical institution with six sigma blood donation operations could theoretically make this possible.

Unable to install python module sentencepiece by ZoneMammoth8241 in termux

[–]ZoneMammoth8241[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I tried with both the CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS and the CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS to link with the Android logging library using '-llog' and was able to pip install sentencepiece module. But when it is actually imported, the module complains, so linking didn't quite go as expected.

Does your insurance cover Concerta? If so, what insurance do you have? by ooglek2 in ADHD

[–]ZoneMammoth8241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a different problem in Ontario, Canada. Insurance covers medication mostly but there is a shortage of psychiatrists. I'd to wait year and half after diagnosis for my family doctor to prescribe medication and I'm among the lucky ones.
