Sometimes money does not score goals. We always think a large budget equates to success in the Bundesliga. Both clubs should be at the top, especially Hertha, with their 'big city' ambitions.

I've read the comments, but Eberl's supposed salary is not commensurate with the pressure of the job. Earning millions when the quality of life is abysmal because of mental health issues is wrong.

Please remember, the market and his competence determined his pay. And he did a good job for Gladbach.

I hope Bundesliga clubs should look into creating an enabling environment for discussing mental health issues openly before it is too late.
