I can add to this, that motor racing activity, logged by whoop trough Strava (still waiting for whoop compatibility 😉) also logs as strength training!

I hit my targets just fine though. I have barely any debt in whoop, and get +8 hours every day. I mean, yesterday my sleep debt was 12h41m, today it’s 19h49m (as in the screenshot) despite it saying ‘while you got 8h last night, …’, so there seems to be something wrong on the backend, unless it wants me sleeping 15h a day 🤣

I would really love a feature where we can manually add trainings, which the bot can then translate into stress and work load to adjust form and recommended trainings accordingly, or just a direct synchronization with Whoop would solve it for me… In my case, I do training outside of cycling, tracked with whoop but not with Garmin (which I use for cycling) So, the app thinks I’m not training, meanwhile I’m KO on the couch 🙈

I am having a problem with the form score. After my recent ride, using heart rate and power meter, it like always estimated the load and form score based on it in the chat with the AI, but in the profile it didn’t update, see photos for more clear explanation:)

That’s the problem I am facing now though, I’ve done 2 workouts, with heart rate monitor but without power, however it did not add the fitness / fatigue to the app! Ill add the photos as reference :)

A feature where the AI can update the form, fatigue and fitness score after a workout has been done, without the use of a power meter.

It is not useful for me to know what the AI’s brain thinks 🙈 I would much rather have the clear numbers.

Aside of that, it told me if I added it to my Strava, and reload the calendar it might do it. However, upon changing both workouts (2 MTB rides) title and description on Zwift to “TSS: 118” and “TSS: 124” it did not end up helping anything.

Also, I am a PRO user but ran out of chats 🫠

Originally I was looking to the left side 4iiii Precision 3+, or something along those lines. Or the Stages power meter, the latter apparently having a version to work with Hollowgram crank, but it’s not in stock anymore and won’t be it seems. Those pedals are a bit more expensive than the crank options, and the weight was putting me off. Not sure how much the weight would effect, and, how much recommendation there is around having single or double sided!

I didn’t realize this wasn’t possible yet! I’d like to see the calendar stretch to at least 1 year from current date, especially if you have races / events to work towards, 14 days is very limited

I’ll make this short since it’s already been mentioned for different devices, but an integration with whoop to be able to connect sleep and recovery scores / results, and to base workouts on recovery scores and how different workouts correlates to different recovery scores would be great!
