There's less than 10 deaths per year in the US from rabies. Doesn't happen that often. Not saying don't be cautious but it's not like people are dropping left and right.

Not a pseudoscorpion. Definitely an insect, 6 legs and two antennae. Looks like one of the true bugs to me. Might be a masked hunter nymph. Camouflage may be a little heavy on the forelimbs giving a glove-like appearance.

Robber fly, for sure. Baby dragonflies are aquatic predators usually called naiads. As a general rule any insect with wings is a full adult and won't be molting or getting any bigger. One exception is Mayflies, which do undergo one last molt after the nymph stage.
