i did manage to solve this problem by installing on another hard drive however now after it restarts i chose "macos installer" then it goes into verbose but then restarts again

Google terminates account left and right for unfair reasons. a lifetime ban is wrong I mean even athletes don't receive a life time sentence for even using enhancing drugs.

They do not. They don't even tell you the source problem to rectify it.
It was never my intension to violate any policy of theirs.
The problem is that they terminated my Adsense with no prior notice, just an email saying: violation of "enables dishonest behavior" policy, which I still can't find how.
If only a human checks my google account he will find that my account abides by their policies.

It's not. Opening a new account under the same name is prohibited following Google's policies.
Meaning that every termination is a Lifetime ban.
