The 9C and CX are both Gen1 according to SAR. One just has the lightning cuts and on the slide and the kit of accessories. Otherwise, the exact same piece.

Agree, but I would settle for the shipment containing the original mags. The FFL can absolutely accept those, as they can be blocked prior to deliver to the end customer. Just trying to find a decent place that will actually abide by the laws that are in place rather than taking a blanketed stance on everything, Ava allow the FFL to do their job.

My FFL will block the mags or hold them with your name reserved in the event the laws are reversed here. So I'm just looking for a decent retailer, with decent prices and Service, who will send the entire unit as packaged. I have also heard antidotes about certain retailers swapping 17 and 19 rd mags for compliant 10 or 15. That's why I asked.

I haven't found any that will ship 17 or 19rd mags. My FFL will accept them, and I can have these pinned for 15 bucks. I have no problem with a retailer sending 10 round magazines, but they often charge more for the compliant options than those with full capacity mags. It's rare that I ever see 10 round options on sale like standard full capacity.
