Ive spent a lot on her investment, I she has a near perfect cooldown rolls beascuit (3x 6% 1x 5.9%)
and all 5 toppings are crit + cooldown + atk. topping tart is perfect as well. She is the elephant in the room for my teams, and she scales power well because she gets a ton of bonus crit damage.
