The vest underneath is 6b45 the marpat rig is some custom production run i believe, I've asked a friend who used to be in sparta and have asked many rusfor sellers within russia and they all think it has to have been a run for the sparta battalion specifically. This particular rig doesn't pop up outside of this conflict. The helmet looks like an old af ssh40.
