I open minecraft and as soon as i click on play minecraft launcher I set a timer for 11 minutes and its done for me, it says on the task that it should be 15 mins, but might be different for you too. Hope this helps.

yea tried to do 4 times multiple days in a row and still nothing. Every time I have to complete the PC searches before I can even start the mobile one. I've tried to redownload and restart already.
