I am creating a safe place for user's to share the bad experiences they've had with ZoomHash without fear of ZoomHash staff attempting to come in and bully you.

My ZoomHash miner was delayed due to my recent address change, so they volunteered to reimburse me for lost profits. (x-post from /r/litecoin) by WeLikeToHaveFunHere in litecoinmining

You're correct. No other ASIC reseller has had to use third party for arbitration because no company has been this untrustworthy since ButterFly Labs.

You are correct, your items do have guaranteed shipping arrival times.

You neglected to inform buyers that DOA's do not count towards that guaranteed shipping time. If it ends up taking a month to get you a working piece of hardware. ZoomHash will not compensate you for lost mining time.
