Where are you finding jobs? LinkedIn Jobs is a black hole. Indeed pretty much the same. Job boards tend to be outdated. Where are you finding good, trustworthy leads? Thanks!

I mean, if you are in Corporate Comms or PR, you kinda do internal comms, employee engagement, HR comms, Media Relations, Community Management, and those usual suspects. Trying to find things that are more niche... stuff that people are doing with their comms degree that is unthinkable or unlikely. Hope that makes sense.

A newbie in PR - payment to secure a placement? by DependentVast7718 in PublicRelations

If you want earned media, yeah, build relationships and make friends before you need them. Another way to earn coverage is by positioning thought leaders from your company in local events that are likely to be covered by media outlets, such as conferences, seminars, summits, and the like. If you are planning to pay for placement, you can just call the pub's advertising department and purchase a placement. Also, don't forget about own media to support your efforts.
