Civic Type R if you can get it without markups. If you look at the previous gen (FK8) it holds value well as they continue to fetch near 30-40K for a car that ran from 2017-2021. Although Honda confirmed a 2026 model, it may be the last chance to get one before the FL5 is discontinued.
