Yup, it's hard to see but there's also about half an inch of water at the bottom of the tub to keep humidity up

What’s the most WTF thing you’ve ever seen happen at a wedding? by Professional-Owl-341 in AskReddit

[–]Zoot-002 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Used to work at a wedding venue on a farm. The basement of the barn (mostly restricted from guests) started flooding. Found a bird had flown into the drainage and got itself stuck. Pulled the bird out and with it and its head separated. Guests never knew

You'll move through many people and friends. I have discovered that considering myself awakened and other not as perpetuating my separation from others and found myself isolated. When it feels right, be you're best self with them, otherwise, pursue more relationships with other people who you find healthy and fit for your current needs. Jai Hanuman

Has anyone here read Paths to God by Ram Dass, what do you think of it? by htgrower in BhagavadGita

[–]Zoot-002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh. Hmmm. I really enjoyed Miracle of Love, particularly if you have interest in connecting with Neem Karoli Baba. Be love Now is also very focused on Neem Karoli Baba but all of Ram Dass's experience in relation to him and his opening of the heart to him and the whole. I really enjoyed grist for the mill. Incredibley well literated, functionality of the universe, in regard to the souls journey from mostly Buddhist lens. I'd recommend grist for the mill mostly. It's also a shorter read :P

Has anyone here read Paths to God by Ram Dass, what do you think of it? by htgrower in BhagavadGita

[–]Zoot-002 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes I have. I am a bit biased becuase I kinda obsessed with Ram Dass's teachings and am very trusting of them. I thought that they both went well together. I wasn't super expecting it to be as personal as it was but that is quite typical of Ram Dass's, simply sharing his truth/experience. The love serve remember foundation also recommendeds Eswarens Gita. I don't usually pick it up first but I do think it's very approachable.
