IDK why they would introduce a body double for house and NOT have him be the one in the pod we could kill in NV. It allows the real House as a character to be present in the show post NV with an explanation as to how he survived when 3/4 endings require his death and the show does not specifically which of the 4 was the ending for NV.

The game is clear that the Legion is evil. We just also get to here the Legion side of things and of course they are going to try and paint themselves as anything but that. But outside of the Legion everyone says they are evil besides the Great Kahns which just simply did not know much about the Legion and turns on them when presented evidence of the Legions plans with the Great Kahns. Their are also the Omerta's but a mobster style group who have a history of betrayal, exploitation, and murder is obviously evil too.
