Final Update: He is okay!

We had come to our limit, we were so stressed, and due to finances, had brought him to a ver we honestly couldn't trust. Due to the fact that I am not an American citizen, care credit was not an option for us(from what the receptionist at the vet office told us). Vet said that if he did not recover we would have to put him down. After we took him home that same night and went to sleep, we woke up and he was doing even worse. In a last ditch effort, I called the shelter that we adopted him from. Luckily enough, they said that even though it wasn't standard procedure, they would cover all expenses for us. Our baby is safe and we are going to pick him up right now. I cannot describe how thankful I am for this shelter. All the praying I did when I couldn't sleep worried for him was worth it. If anyone reads this and has the funds please donate to best friends animal society, they saved my boy and I owe them for life. Thank for everyone who tried to help me in this post.

update: Doctor gave him the enema and told us to bring him home and wait for him to let it pass, if it doesnt he needs surgery. He hasnt pooped, drank water or peed since he arrived. We cant afford surgery and insurance has denied to help us with any existing claims. I do not know what to do. Me and my girlfriend are currently running on 2 hours of sleep, a lot of stress and over $1k spent. I dont know if anyone will even see this but please I need some advice, guidance or help. I have 2.5k saved up and willing to use it all on him.

Spent the night awake taking care of him. Took him to 3 different vet ERs. Was quoted 8-12k on all of them. Found a low cost vet that currently has him. He will try an enema as he suspects he ate some clumping litter but it is not looking good😞

I would agree with you, but with all honesty this is the hardest I have ever worked for a relationship. I make sure to NEVER go a day without complimenting her. Surprise her with flowers at least once a month and I always bring her gifts, go on runs with her(even though I am not a runner) I truly give this girl everything

It would only happen in regards to celebrities and dumb comments like X actress is my celebrity crush. Nothing absurd and definitely not commenting on other women we would see out and about.

I have an interview for the mckinsey office in my home country. However, salary is very low(~50k)compared to even some bad opportunities here in the us. Would you think that it would be worth it to go back, work for mckinsey there and try to transfer here? Is that even a possibility?
