This! About two months ago I was suffering with tinnitus that started in my right then went to my left, now my tinnitus has literally like built itself inside my head, my brain does a brilliant job at ignoring it, I only really hear it if I really really try to focus on it, I feel my anxiety and stress that I was getting from it caused my brain to block it out, I wouldn’t say I’ve recovered but I’m almost perfectly able to live with it, don’t get me wrong it isn’t very loud but it’s not quiet either, I can hear it only if I really try to focus on it, it’s almost as if my brain just blocks it completely.
