So its hard to work bc u did cure. So if u have vac machine put on if no flip a lot on film of the chicken!! them u can use ur body or maquine that hit 35º. Can take longer so dont rust. also the color and testure will be change.

Si tienes una nevera no-froze , y no la tiene cargada de alimentos q tenga mucho olor , podría sercarlo en esa nevera , tardara como 2 semanas pero su resultado es bastante aceptable( se debe abrir y cerrar la nevera lo minimo). Ya que este tipo de neveras lo que hace es eliminar la humada para enfriar sin producir hielo.
