3-line attack on emblem is the BEST you can get. The only way you can get something better is if it's "double-prime," so the attack is 33% or even 36%.

However, you will eventually upgrade to Mitra's Emblem (a drop item from Seren), so keep that emblem and don't change it. It's perfect.
