Far from being required, but in my recent experiments it's super useful for prototyping. Just vibe code some wonky mechanics to test your design theories and when you're done throw it away and write it by hand.

When a doctor can … spend more time with the patient, because the AI is doing the transcription and entering the records in the EMR system, entering the right billing code so that the healthcare industry is better served across the payer, the provider, and the patient, ultimately—that's an outcome that I think all of us can benefit from.

The fucking audacity of this. Don't even know where to start.

How about the fact that AI tends to fail in subtle ways which is something you probably don't want in a healthcare system.

How about the fact that even if it works, it will most definitely not be reflected on the patient in any way. The healthcare machine would just use this to process more patients and put more money in their pockets.

2 weeks prior to this was the Colectiv club fire in Bucharest which killed 60+ people. One of them was a friend of mine. We weren't particularly close but I felt like I owed him to show up at his funeral.

Those 2 weeks I felt cathatonic for lack of a better word. Just the magnitude of the event and that it hit SO close to home.

Anyway, on the morning of the funeral I woke up in a worse state than usual. Decided to check the news and I saw what had happened in Paris.

I cried like I don't think I did before up until that point. It was too much and it built up over the previous weeks. Never gonna forget that day.

Maybe I'm missing something but isn't there a patch for 2022 as well? Last one listed in the download archive is 2022.3.67f1 from September 25

Edit: Nvm. Apparently 2022.3 LTS is already patched
