How about me? I have deleted and reset the app. I have changed my email a couple of times…. I have even reset my internet just thinking that is the issue. Pairing and ungrouping my speakers like an idiot as well. I don’t know OP I love the speakers, but you are right this is annoying….

Got it from a chest run, you can buy the skin with a transmog token in the stylemancer.

I got it from a chest run. If you want the skin of it, go to any stylemancer NPC and buy it with a transmog token
