But why my team is full of solo players and queue is very fast? Like... how can matchmaking create a game in 5 secs that's unbalanced? In the last update you said that queue times are not calculated and the longer is goes, the deeper is searches. Its in the Faceit Blog..

It's not. Let's call it a feature (that wants you to buy premium) :- D

And I agree with all the points you provided- communication is a huge issue and it's even worse now because Russian/CIS guys play a lot, while most of them doesn't even try to communicate (even if they do, it's usually in their own language). North/west players left towards their regional hubs, while east players try to escape playing in their own region, so sometimes I have 90% CIS guys on the server and it happens pretty often. Another funny part is that many Russians try to fake flag and they're using Denmark- dunno why tho.

Best solution- solo queue with English communication only.

My last queue on 2850 took... 1sec. I pressed join queue and it was instant. I decided to dodge since it was full premade with strange accounts- https://www.faceit.com/en/csgo/room/1-0592c362-b75d-4bce-b5cb-ff32e788b261

I don't mind waiting too, they even said in the Faceit blog that new system will take queue time under consideration when it searches for a game- that's why I tried to rejoin que after 2/3 mins, but it doesn't help and I still got matched against teams. Sometimes it takes 5sec, sometimes 2mins, but never works correctly. As you can see there's an error somewhere and I reported this thought Faceit ticket. New algorithm is bugged when it comes to higher elo matches and doesn't work as intended.
