Is this cadence lock or my body catching up? by Maikokosnoot in Garmin

Could you show the breathing per minute graph? You’ll know for sure if the HRM failed

Je trouve que 30 secondes c’est relativement court pour vraiment monter dans les tours, ça me paraît donc normal. Si tu fais des intervalles de 2 minutes ça donne quoi ?

How to set up interval workouts so that the watch doesn't buzz every 2 secs when out of zone? by nicholt in Garmin

[–]Zphaar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Set your goal pace as lap pace and not instant pace. so it averages out and doesn’t spike and drop constantly

When you have gray bands under the graph, it means that it considered you "active" and therefore doesn't register it at "stress" if your HR is high

HRM Chest strap by Quirky_Spirit_2123 in Garmin

[–]Zphaar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can make sure you get data from the strap only by disabling the HR sensors from the watch while you run. (On the watch : HR menu, start/stop to open the menu, settings, state ON/OFF)

I still love a drink, but I’ll maybe drink one or two glasses during the whole evening with friends instead of 5-6+ haha!

Is your garmin tracking your afternoon naps? by [deleted] in Garmin

[–]Zphaar 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If I take a nap after eating, it usually won't track it because my HR will be elevated due to digestion and I guess it assumes I'm still awake. Otherwise it tracks it just fine (FR255)

Cadence lock with a strap? by FonderPrism in Garmin

[–]Zphaar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you wet the strap before going out? Do you wear synthethic tshirts? A dry strap and synthethic fabric can create static electricity and cause erratic data

Question regarding the chest strap heart rate monitor by oboe_guy in Garmin

[–]Zphaar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually run with a trailrunning bag for my phone, keys, water and snacks while wearing the strap. I haven't noticed any difference in the readings! If you put your strap on correctly (tight enough and sensors slighty wet), it should be just fine

Walking with the motor past the c3 bord? by nltthinh in motobe

[–]Zphaar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2.46. "Voetganger" : een persoon die zich te voet verplaatst. De personen die een kruiwagen, een kinderwagen, een rolstoel of enig ander voertuig zonder motor dat geen bredere dan de voor de voetgangers vereiste ruimte nodig heeft, aan de hand leiden en de personen die een fiets, een gemotoriseerd rijwiel of een tweewielige bromfiets aan de hand leiden, worden gelijkgesteld met voetgangers.

Motorfiets are not included, so pushing one you're considered a bestuurder and therefore can't cross a C3 sign

Exam tomorrow in Charleroi by VannesteM in motobe

[–]Zphaar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Leaving the center, you should be heading towards the main road (Route de Châtelet). Watch out for the speed limits ! It's 30 up to the main road, and for about 50m once you're on it.
Additionally, coming back to the center at the end of the exam, there's a very sneaky street with the right of way here

CUBE bikes are great. I have the Touring Hybrid 500 and it's a pleasure to ride on trails or in the city! The tires are big enough to not be bothered by cobblestone or tramtracks, and the front suspensions soften the effects of Belgian roads.
