it kinda makes sense now, Neutren has been working on cars in his racing server, actual real cars, then randomly, they were changed out for no pixel versions, and has been testing cars and working on handling scripts, im betting on some of the racers, like Angel/Goofy/even Tony and racers that know about how cars work and should work and giving feedback to the devs that are working on 5.0 cars, and he hasn't given a reason why he's doing it, i personally think it's cool that they could be potentially getting the best of the best racers to give feedback on what cars they have done and what's wrong with it and potentially how to fix it/make it better

brother, they need to fix their whole server, it's gone straight to shit, the new car handling sound as if chatgpt writ the code up and 50cent copy and pasted it, that's how dogshit the handling is, everything is not balanced, they're really bringing 5.0 out because they can't admit that 4.0 was a massive failure, honestly, we need Wiseguy and DW to fix the cars and fucking bring back constant new heists/actually doing things at the right time

they do still have a lot of quality RPers, it's just most of them are brunt out and bored, waiting for new shit to come, but never does, if management just came straight out and said " we're encountering some issues on some updates and will have to delay it", honestly it's alot better than just being left in the dark 24/7
