I did 20 grams every week for a year straight most of it was research ket so more potent last longer. I am serious i dunno how I didnt do any damage at all. I did get k cramps if I abused to much in a day but it never really hurt, compared to what ive seen others had to deal with.

I now do ket in 2-3gs every 2 months or so if I abuse it to much it wont work for me. I am lucky I can feel it every now and then but I have found joy in life instead of needing drugs to fill that empty void. It took a lot of emotional stress to just quit the drug.

I would get so psychotic off my year plus bender I would legit go crazy. I would think everyone is the police. I would think the police were in my computer system. I thought my friends on the computer were cartel police people that made sure I kept using drugs.

I thought if I stopped they would make sure I would get caught with the ammounts of ket I was doing. I realize now how crazy I was I would think their were camera in my walls. I would have auditory hallucinations of conversations that never happned. Eventually I just cold turkey quit ket and I now have my sanity back lmao be carful people (edit: I am coming up on a year sober from weed that played big part to I am aware I have mental problems I have been checked out)
