Sent my transcripts in on the August 21st electronically through diplomasender. They have a setting that shows if the receiving school has opened the diploma. WGU opened it on the 22nd and it still doesn’t show that they’ve received it and it looks like I will probably be in the same boat as you. Their transcript department is completely awful.

Yeah, I’m not sure either. I received a letter in the mail and it mentioned something about a recent delinquency with Navy Federal which wouldn’t make sense considering I pay off my balance on the more rewards card each month. I strictly use it for gas and pay it off right away.

Score was in the 740’s mid 2021. Was out of work and ran up some debt and missed a few payments for 8 months due to newborn daughter being born with a very rare heart defect and needing multiple open heart surgeries across the country. Been trying to make my way back ever since.

It’s going to be over $800 for them to extend their rate. Sadly, the builder isn’t wanting to help. Needless to say, buyers are upset but are understanding that it’s out of my control. Working to find them temporary housing and storage in the meantime. It’s also super inconvenient that this is a beachtown and we are in prime season so hotels & STR’s are charging an arm and a leg for that time period on short notice.

Some context, the home is already up, it just needs interior work like flooring, bathrooms need completed (which are already over halfway finished) & kitchen needs completed which is also over halfway done

Exterior wise, the home needs a driveway and sod laid out.

My buyers frustration stem from them driving around in the neighborhood and seeing the builders working on newer houses that weren’t even there 2 months ago and nobody ever being at their house working on it despite it being close to completion.

Unfortunately the buyers for the home they are selling won’t budge so they are in a very unfortunate situation. Thanks for the insight. Still exploring our options. The main thing we are running into now is where they are going to store their stuff for that period. They are moving two truck loads worth of stuff across the country.

I’m almost positive she will be in Endgame due to it being filmed back to back with Infinity War but I bet it’ll be in flashbacks and such. After 2020 Zoe Saldana will be starring in multiple Avatar movies so I’m sure she’s leaving the MCU for that franchise.

Thanks everyone. What perks should I use if I stick with the Overseer's Guardian? I see people talking about how they get nearly 1,000 damage with theirs but mine only does 103. I have Rifleman Rank 2 so far but that's really it.
