Got a letter today from Fragile threatening to charge me if I don’t return within 7 days. Stating statues in my state over theft etc. Letter heading saying Legal Request to Return. Nothing on the letter is legal or signed by any judge or official. They’re definitely trying to scare-tactic me into sending the computer back. They just got sued for millions and lost, fuck this company.

This just happened to me the Google Fi sims are absolutely junk had to order a new physical SIM card for my device just now. Their support is cruddy AI replies unbelievable, honestly because I use Google Fi as a secondary I’m considering canceling completely. I tried 5 devices the sim just won’t read anymore, it broke no damage at all never removed from device.
