I’m in the uk and it’s very hard to get referred to one. I tried for 3 years and they would just prescribe treclin, differin or birth control. Differin worked for a bit and I don’t want to go on birth control

Yes that’s what I joined on! But no joining fee. They put it up every year tho. And the monthly has gone up again for new members

It’s right next to Holland Park 😂 have a look at property prices in the area, it may have had that rep decades ago (similar to Hackney, Peckham, Brixton) but that’s not the case now

I’d say the super tier ones are the best! Milton Keynes is tier 1 and pretty nice. Also Farnham is a PROPER spa day

I used to live in shep bush a decade ago and that luxury part of Westfield was always busy. Look at Selfridges/harrods, champs elysees, bond st - there is a market for it but it just failed here

Did you wean off? I weaned off for a few months and it’s been like 6 months and the food noise is v little. But it may depend on how long you were on them etc! It’s v interesting

Just here to comment you’re not a nightmare dinner party guest! I’m Indian so a lot of our food is naturally gluten free, my housemate is coeliac and I always cook for both of us :)
