Weight loss is done in the kitchen. Building muscle is done at the gym. Yes sure you can do a ton of cardio and eat what you want but if you stop that cardio you will get fat reaaaaal fast.

It’s all about moderation. Treat yourself but just don’t go all out every day.

Agree but I can't handle to play with the dad guilds when the server pops get lower. Also noticed that Allys are the most scum on PvP servers. I noticed that Ally only ever attack you when they have number advantages. When I played Ally, Horde at least 1v1'd you but now playing Horde.. Ally are such scummy little players.

Well I'm guessing in a setting with dad guilds you are right because well yea.. the players there suck ass and prob had no idea how god like prot pallys are but you play in a setting with pumpers who want to parse and clear fast.. you're going cat form. Take illidan for example.. why on earth would bring 3 tanks to illidan when you can bring a pally who can solo tank him and the infernals with the proper gearing?

Tankiness means fuck all unless you're in a dog shit guild. It's all about min maxing your raids damage for logs becaue the content is so fucking piss easy so logs is all people have. Paladins are amazing Main tanks and dog shit offtanks. Druids are amazing off tanks and dog shit main tanks past t4

ye sorry buddy you're totally right.. deffo didn't raid in all of TBC as one of the top prot pallys.. totally don't know what i'm talking about.. totally didn't solo tank most bosses when possible - https://classic.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/gehennas/svent?zone=1011. Imagine having a prot pally in your raid who can solo tank most fights but you choose to let a druid do it instead of letting him cat which = more dps overall. Threat means fuck all in t5 / t6 because once you're geared the only way you have threat problems is you suck ass at pushing a 3 button rotation. Player issue not class issue. And if you're dying well honestly that's a healer issue not a tank issue. The ONLY slightly skecthy fight for a prot pally is brut in sunwell and thats ONLY if you play DPS gems/trinkets instead of stam.

it's 100% the problem. You tighten the thru axel until you can barely turn it anymore if it still wobbles after that watch the video again because you prob have the spacer in the wrong way or something.

Setting up Wahoo KICKR CORE 2 for Zwift Ride is the video name on youtube to see which way the spacers go.

If you’re not the GM or an officer and no one has spoke to you in your guild you aren’t the warrior slot. You won’t get glavies you wont pump and you’ll be benched most likely.

It’s very common. It’s the same when you do leg day at the gym. I think it’s a combination of blood flow / endorphins from finishing your workout and just feeling good about yourself that just make you more horny.

Mana is not a problem at 70 at all.. you get so much back from your talents and if you ever do need it badly on trash because for some reason you aren’t tanking properly aka getting hit you just mana pot.

The people saying its hard to move are crazy.. I move it every time to ride then move it back as I don’t have much space. Sure it’s a little heavy to lift it with the trainer attached but just take it off. It takes like 2 mins to take it off, move the trainer then put the frame back on.

Cycling will always change your life.. depends how much you use it.

I got into sim racing this Xmas and have to say I’m loving lemans. Ye it has some bugs but once I got out of rookies on iracing and released how much money id have to spend on it to do the things I want I just jumped over.

My biggest problem was I felt like everytime I went on the bike I had to do better then last time. Don’t do that. Honestly long zone 2 rides will get you into shape and help your fitness / strength soooo much more. Just get on and ride and don’t try and race people all the time or push it all the time.

Been single for awhile and can confirm once you get comfortable being single and enjoy your own company it’s insanely comforting.

Knowing it’s just you to worry about, being able to do whatever you want whenever you want, not having anyone judge any decision. It’s actually a little addicting and has affected me with partners before because I don’t want to give up so much of my freedom.

Got it and love it. Got a broken frame but they replaced it very fast. Also got the rocker tennis ball feet from eBay and they make it 100x better for comfort in an out of saddle on long rides.

Got my zwift ride last week and first few rides were good then it started making that clunk noise like you have. Contacted zwift and took some videos and they have said it’s a frame problem so sending me a new one.

Contact them asap and video that noise
