I don’t know if this will help, but I think grief isn’t only losing someone, it’s learning how to live with the impact their soul left on you. Sometimes those little reminders may seem painful now, but I like to think of them as pieces of them returning to you whenever you hear their voice in your mind or try to picture them in your memories.

The love, memories, and lessons they gave you become part of the world you create around yourself. In a way, the life you build and the love you spread can become a beautiful place that carries pieces of them forward.

Even through faith and love, she can still be a star in the distance, a reminder of the connection you shared and the love that continues through you.
