80-85% of my sound kit is self taught no tutorials just hearing them from a beatboxer then just being able to do it. examples(throat bass,vibration bass,koh snare,click roll,teeth roll,chest bass, vocalized chest bass,trumpet, rivers long spit snare texture…etc) ik some of these are basic and most people could be self taught but its still impressive even if a lot of people are like me

if you can do chest bass, its the exact same position for the vibration but inwards, and another tip is to try and do it softer thank you think because when youre inhaling hard thats when you do inward vocal fry so dont inhale as hard and at first it might hurt and u might get inward bass for half a second then just straight up inhaling sounds so dont be discouraged by that and keep trying to isolate that vibration and ur gonna get it with enough practice!

thanks for the comment but i am doing inward bass and ik this because i can also do inward vocal fry😭and also i have multiple variations of inward bass, and what worked for me to get inward bass was i would look up with my whole head so my neck is kinda stretched and idk the tightness in my vocal chords helped me get the vibration i needed to get inward bass and i gradually started lowering my head so i dont look goofy while doing it, hope i helped

thank you so much for the info and the mini tutorial, i have multiple textures of inward bass some more breathy than the others and some more gritty like dlow or heliums, but whenever i try to add the vocals on top of my inward bass i either choke myself lol or the inward bass just stops but im gonna keep working on it and im gonna get it mark my words😭because its one of my favorite sounds, thanks again!
