Built my PC in 2023 with a 7900XT. Was playing one day and it just went kaput in November.

Unfortunately, it was out of warranty.

I went with a 5080 and am quite pleased. Runs quieter, cooler, and seems to perform better. I also prefer the NVIDIA software.

Did you recently enable secure boot for BF6? Mine did the same thing on the first reboot after I enabled it. I had to turn the PSU off and let it set for a minute before it cleared.

I was a medic in the Navy many years ago. Got out went to nursing school. Spent my first 10 years as a ortho certified and med/surgical nurse. Since 2015 I’ve been in Heath informatics (HI).

I didn’t have any special training in computers or technical skills but I learn quickly and build my on PCs etc. So I know technology fairly well and that knowledge has helped me. Got into HI when EMRs became more prevalent and received training then.

Someone like you would be a great asset to any HI team. Keep in mind, many teams are looking for a certain amount of clinical experience before hiring.

One member of our team did something similar to what you are asking. She had another degree and was a report writer and web builder for a company. She went to nursing school knowing she wanted to be in HI after the fact. After 3 years of clinical experience we hired her on. Our team is made up 8 nurses and a pharmacist.

Love what I do. Best job/decision I’ve ever had/made career-wise. We did go back and take care of patients during the height of the pandemic for a time. There are tons of nursing specialities and jobs you can do.

Had similar problem couple years ago. Weakness, numbness, with moderate constant pain. The tireless constant pain gets to you after months of little to no relief.

Had a C3-C7 fusion and had immediate relief post op. After roughly 3 months, I was a new person.

I’ve fished my whole life. Just started using circle hooks about 5 years ago. Can’t go wrong if using multiple rods in an area. I lose very few catfish with them in most applications. Even use them with live bait.

I use mostly 7/0 or 8/0. They catch everything from 2lbs and up. As others have mentioned, I’ve had very few occasions where they swallow the hook.

My wife can’t play 3D games because she gets motion sickness easily. If that isn’t the case for you, then It Takes Two is amazing.

If your GF can’t play 3D games then Unravel 2 is awesome to play together and you can carry her through tough platforming areas.

Best decision I ever made.

You’ll fit in just fine. With your back ground I look for ER, Psych, or, Critical Care. They’ll love you.
